ISS leases affordable, comfortable, available homes to the developmentally and physically handicapped. It obtains homes and makes them suitable and homelike for the handicapped, for a mutually agreed-upon reasonable lease or rental amount.

Currently, ISS leases approximately 21 homes to agencies that obtain residential and community living services to the developmentally disabled and mentally handicapped. ISS and its employees have been engaged in performing these services since 1987, and have developmentally-handicapped family members.

Our services include:

1. Finding a suitable neighborhood that would make a nice home.
2. Finding a home that is acceptable to the lessee or user at an agreeable and acceptable lease amount.
3. Providing the zoning to use the home, if needed.
4. Purchasing the home, as meets the needs of the user.
5. Obtaining financing to do the purchasing.
6. Renovations for handicapped accessibility.
7. Providing for a long-term lease, or a minimum lease of 3 to 5 years.
